Today we are going to introduce the BIG PowerPoint project.  This project will be the first project were you'll be presenting your work to the class for a grade.
You'll need to include:

1pts. Title Slide with your name and the title of your project
1pts. Slide about your family
1pts. Slide about your friends
1pts. Slide about what you want to be when you grow up
1pts. Slide about your hobbies
1pts. Slide about something that makes you cool
4pts. 4 slides of something about you but you choose the topic
5pts. Transition between ALL slides
5pts. Animation on at least 5 different slides
5pts. 5 pictures in your slide show
5pts. Readable background and fonts
10pts. Neat, creative, lots of different colors
40pts. Present your project to the class



Seventh Grade
We had a blast yesterday working with the microscopes so I decided it would be a good idea to continue our observations.  The goal for today is to find some more interesting organisms that move.  You'll need to draw 5 more pictures today.  You should have a total of 10 now.

Eighth Grade
Today we are going to research the best paper airplane.  You'll need to know how to make it so when we start throwing the paper airplanes outside you can make a new one if it gets messed up.
