Today we start a new unit with the Rock Cycle. I will be going over the rock cycle on the board and then we will "Ride the Rock Cycle." The students will experience whats its like to be a rock. They will feel the pressure and the heat with activity as if they were really being changed by the forces of the Earth.
Start up for today is "What are the three different types of rocks?"
