Stellarium is a great computer program that you can download for free. I highly recommend it to any of my students who are interested in going outside and looking up at the night sky. With this program you can clearly see what the constellations are supposed to look like and where they should be in the night sky. It really helped me understand what to look for when I began learning about the stars. Here is the link to download the program if you want.
