Today we are going to start your scientific method notes. This will go in your notebook. You'll need to write down everything I put on the board. It will be on the test coming up.
Eighth pd. 7
Today we start a new lab. The balloon rockets lab is going to talk about elastic potential energy and you will be measuring distance and time. Distance will be something you pick so it will be the independent variable and the time will be something you measure so it will be the dependent variable. You will use a straw attached to a cup as the rocket and the balloon will fit inside the cup as the propulsion device.

Today you begin to work with Microsoft Word. We will be creating a story in word. You will upload your story in Engrade so I can grade it.
