Chemistry Pre-Test

I don't usually take class time to give a pre-test but since we are wrapping up the year and my students are a little crazy I think a pre-test may help to focus them, not to mention the information I would gain about what they already know.

The start up is "Name at least 5 different types of elements from the periodic table.  Can you tell me how many protons the atoms have?"
