Today we are going to be working with physical and chemical properties. There are notes from the book page 594- 609 we will be going over and then we will be working on a lab. The lab deals with a mixture of materials with different physical properties. The students will need to separate out the materials using their different properties.
The start up for today is "how does popcorn pop?"
